ITU - Imobiliária e Turismo,Lda. was founded in 1984 ,by its managing partner, Mr. Luís Tereso Henriques. Our company, as the name implies, is dedicated to Real Estate Promotion and Construction, having also a strong tourist side.

Headquartered in Portugal , in the village of Nazaré , a village with one of the most beautiful landscapes, where sea and sand are blended together  with a fabulous gastronomy and now also very known by it´s giant waves. ITU has, in its history, dozens of buildings built mainly in Nazaré , Alcobaça, São Martinho do Porto, Salir do Porto and Foz do Arelho.

ITU is a family company, with a small structure. Therefore and to complement the good services provided by the company, ITU needs partners to guarantee a complete and integrated quality service to its customers , from the construction to the after-sales service .

So, ITU make local partnerships with well knowledgeable companies, which also because of the proximity, guarantee the quality of service and support, which often should be bilingual.

Thus, we aim to offer a complete and integrated service that goes far beyond the purchase of the property itself , seeking to have a relationship with the customer as close as possible, because we know that a satisfied customer is one that returns and references us, being proof of more of 30 years of our existence.
